DELIVERY
All Crownedbelle hair is prepared and ordered for the customer personally based on a consultation. Therefore, delivery time may vary depending on the extension package and shade chosen.
RETURNS
Due to hygiene and custom-made reasons, hair cannot be returned or exchanged. All hair is prepared according to the customer's wishes.
CONSULTATION
Before confirming the extension reservation, the customer will be given a remote consultation to select the appropriate shade, texture, and extension package to achieve a natural result.
RESERVATION FEE
A booking fee is required to reserve the service. The booking fee will be deducted from the final price on the day of the service.
IMPORTANT NOTE
The durability of the extensions depends on home care, scalp condition, and the client's own hair quality. Clear care instructions are provided to each client during the service.
