CUSTOMER SERVICE
Crownedbelle offers personalized 6D & 10D hair extension services and premium training in Helsinki. We aim to provide every client with a luxurious, safe and caring experience from start to finish.
All bookings are made through a consultation so that we can design the right extension package, shade, and technique for the client to achieve the most natural result possible.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
All customer information is treated confidentially. Crownedbelle does not disclose personal information to third parties without the customer's consent.
The customer's contact information is only used for appointment bookings, consultations, customer service, and any service-related contacts.
ORDER AND SERVICE TERMS
All hair is ordered and prepared for the customer personally based on a consultation. For hygiene and custom product reasons, hair is not eligible for return or exchange.
The durability of the extensions depends on the client's home care, hair condition and lifestyle. Each client is given clear care instructions during the service.
ORDER AND SERVICE TERMS
A booking fee may be required to reserve a service, which will be deducted from the final price on the day of the service.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation of your appointment.
